After this we had a short stop to taste some delicious pistachio chocolate. After the first bite you are in heaven! On the way to the next stop, Armando taught us about the villas in the city centre with their beautiful frescos. We tasted there a crunchy, crispy but still from the inside moist marzipan pastry. Already when entering you can feel & smell that they baking in a traditional way the old family recipes which were past from generation to generation. Next to historic facts about the city he will tell you also many anecdotes about the food and Neapolitan lifestyle! Thrn we stopped at a small cozy bakery which was in business for generations. The not sweet Almond pastry was full of complete Almonds. Both were delicious! After the cheesy experience we were served some Taralli Napoletani which are made every day fresh. Soon we discovered that not the local food is common interest but also does he know a lot of historic facts about the light blue covered city! The second stop was at a cute retro bistro where we enjoyed Italian Beer (you can order also vino or whatever fits you most) next to freshest Mozzarella and Provola, which is nothing else then a lightly smoked Mozzarella. ![]() We started with an italien sweet pastry called Sfogliatella or Snowball how Armando told us next to an espresso. If you are looking for an amazing culinary food experience with all the specialties Napoli has to offer then this is exactly the right tour for you! Not only that the charming tour guide Armando knows everything about the local street food, he also knows the best places to enjoy them. Amazing Tour, amazing food, amazing Guide!
